Hi! I’m Liz, and I want to change the way we talk about our work—and ourselves.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with words: I could read before I was three years old, my favorite board game of all time is Scrabble, and I’ve been known to pull people together for a spirited round of Mad Libs to lighten the mood.

My work is part-copywriting and part-coaching, working with people one-on-one to write and tell their professional stories. I write for and about amazing people, helping them find the words to describe themselves that make them say “YES: that’s me!

The more vulnerable we are—and the more we can bring our whole selves to our work—the happier and more successful we’ll be. I’m big on repping the underdog, encouragement over criticism, and courage over comfort.

When I started sharing my personal stories, something interesting happened. What I had been afraid of (people learning about my struggles and insecurities and then fleeing in horror) never happened. In fact, people wanted to work with me more!

Vulnerability is contagious. The more we share of ourselves, we embolden others to share their stories.

We are all three-dimensional humans who don’t all think the same. Our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are different—and this deserves to be celebrated.

My work is intrinsic to who I am: an empath, a helper, and an unapologetic word nerd who is enamored with language and its ability to change lives. I draw on my corporate past and love of storytelling to translate your unique experience, skills, and values into high-impact messaging that lands with who you want to work with.

connect with me!

Connecting with people and hearing their stories is the underlying “why” behind my work. We can change the world one word and one connection at a time, and I’m honored to write for like-minded, wholehearted humans who share this belief. I get to share ideas and celebrate people, and I truly love what I do.

I believe that the better we communicate who we are, what we believe, and the value we add to the world, the more success we’ll have. I’m all about connecting with other imperfect, wholehearted humans: reach out and let’s have a conversation!

I believe…

People first.

My work connects people with the right words, and I write for people first.

Words matter.

Language is the key to success in any career. Choosing your words deliberately builds trust—and a strong personal brand.

Honesty always.

Transparency leads to authentic communication and real human connection.

Connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.
